Northwest Valley Connect Inaugural Golf Tournament

Entry Fee: $100.00 each (single registration welcomed). Or, sign up as a team of four for only $95.00 each. Mulligans may be purchased at registration. Progressive Putting Contest before tournament play, $10.00. Checks payable to: Northwest Valley Connect or pay online at www.northwestvalleyconnect.org.

Entry Fee Includes: Continental breakfast, tee gift, range balls, green fee, lunch by Dillon’s, dessert table along with an exceptional after-party that includes live music by Faded Jeans, and a souvenir picture of your foursome delivered via e-mail post-tournament.

Entry Deadline: Entries must be received Wednesday, January 9th, 2019. Limited to 108 entrants.
Format: Eighteen-Hole, Four-Person Team Scramble.
Team Prizes: will be awarded in the form of gift cards to various scores. Additional prizes for the remaining teams will be done by the luck of the draw.
Lunch: Immediately following play and provided by Dillon’s at Palm Ridge Recreation Center, Summit Hall A, 13800 W. Deer Valley Drive, Sun City West, AZ 85375
